At Gamer Adda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not offer refunds or returns. Instead, we provide a replacement-only policy under the following conditions:


1. No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not accept product returns.
  • We do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
  • Please ensure that you check product details, descriptions, sizes, and specifications before placing an order.

2. Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered.

3. Replacement Request Process

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hellowatchthere@gmail.com.
  • Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • Once verified, we will process your replacement order at no additional cost.

4. Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Wrong size, color, or model chosen by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Replacement orders will typically be delivered within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
